Travel Ecuador's Pacific coast and you'll pass mile after mile of plantain farms. That's home and that's where the chip begins.
From our coast to the Sunshine State
We grew up on chifles, Ecuadorian plantain chips, served beside fresh ceviche, alongside other traditional dishes, or just passed around the bowl on family movie nights and at the beach. After 30+ years building food brands in South Florida, we noticed the one thing missing from the shelf: the true, home-style flavor of fried plantain. So we brought it.
